You will be expected to first read and accept my Terms of Service and understand my general commission prices.

You are purchasing digital art; no physical products are given.

You may post the commissioned piece on external sites as long as it is visibly credited (please use the assigned watermarked file).

You cannot claim my work as your own.

You may use the artwork for personal use including, but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You reserve the right to use, print, or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the commission as long as it is for your personal use only (not for commercial purposes in any way).

You are not authorised to change, modify, trace, edit or use my works without my permission.

You cannot remove the watermark in the commission nor post the artwork without the watermark present.

For promotional use, the client is allowed to post the non-watermarked version of the artwork, however, credit still must be given regardless.

You may ask for a process update on the commission at any time.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to place anyone on the blacklist over harassment.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

I maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, selling prints of my artworks (previously commissioned or not), unless otherwise accorded with the commissioner.

I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore, I will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.

Promotional use (i.e. Twitch/YouTube/Twitter/etc.) is a 100% increase of the original price, meaning double the end sum.

If you would like to add colours (basic shading) to Style 1 (Sketch), it would be an additional 5USD.

Price may be subject to change depending on complexity.

Additional Characters can only be up to 4 per artwork.

Each Additional Character is 40% off (Note: Additional Character needs to be within the same commission [one piece]; separate commissions do NOT apply).

Add-Ons such as objects, weapons, gadgets, and miscellaneous will be charged depending on their complexity.

Only simple/flat backgrounds will be drawn.

Payment is done via Paypal invoice (preferred) or Ko-fi.

Commissioner is expected to pay full or half upfront after accepting the sketch.

60% during the line art process.

20% during the rendering process.

No refund if the commission has been completed.
